The Willow Pattern is a blue and white design that brought together chinoiserie scenery, pagodas, landscapes, birds, and trees. The pattern is an ancient fairy tale originating in China about the constellations that tell the story of two lovers separated and envied by gods for their love. 

Our blue and white Jingdezhen porcelain is using well-chosen porcelain clay which requires no less than 72 steps to complete.

China and Porcelain both terms describe the same product. "China" comes from its origin Changnan (Tang Dynasty 618 to 907) and nowadays Jingdezhen (Northern Song Dynasty 960-1127), and the word "Porcelain" comes from the Portuguese word Porcelana.
